charged me $2.95 and the site would not give me a vehicle report. called all day and got busy signal or hung up tone. finally talked to a lady to cancel and they will not refund the money. She kept saying the terms say no refunds. I kept saying " I paid and you gave me nothing" RIP_OFF!!!

I just got billed $29.95 twice, thought it was $2.95. Everyone tell Google you got scammed so they get shut down.
