JUst want your readers to know i have the same problem with them , however my bank are paying back the money to my account if perfect rad don't offer full refund by the end of this month .. also they have sent a cancellation letter to their bank .. if they try to steal more money then the bank again will pay me back and then procceed to chase them for the money ,, i never recieved even a sample (not that that matters ) i have also sent them an email reqeusting and advising them for a refund , cancellation of bogus contract and the depth off trouble they are in with trading standards ... i have so far recieved an automated reply saying i will be contacted in 48 hours (we'll see) so please contact your bank insist on them stopping any payment and get them to cancel on your behalf ... they might try to steal again but your bank WILL be aware ,,you have to inform them if they do so they can act . hope this is helpfull :)
