Nothing in terms and conditions that stated $99.00 was going to be w/drawn from credit card. Called three times, 1st time, yes we will refund your money, 2nd, guy hung up on me, 3rd time spoke w/manager..."will talk with billing department" would not let me hold to hear answer. Funny, they INSTANTLY took my money, but are telling me I will get a refund in 7-10 days.....did not talk to an AMERICAN. and put my bank account in overdraft.

    I am sorry to hear about your confusion about the charge to your credit card. We try very hard to make sure our credit card charges to our users are clearly disclosed. Below is a screenshot of our sign-up for where we sell our $99 bid pack you are referencing:

    I am glad to hear that you were able to reach out to customer service to get your refund. However, I am not happy to hear that it took you 3 attempts!!! One thing I wanted to make clear (that it sounds like our customer service did not accurately explain) is that our refunds are actually issued in real-time. However, it normally takes your credit card issuing bank anywhere from 3-10 days to credit it to your account. Just as when we charge a credit card it takes a similar amount of time to hit our merchant account. Unfortunately this is on your issuing bank's side of things and is out of control. If we could make it show up right away, believe me we would!
