This apparently started with an item I ordered from the TV. I later returned the item, but didn't authorized these charges. I've contacted my bank and it is in dispute until I can reach SEM Value Plus to stop the charges. Charges appeared on Nov and Dec statements. Hope I get a refund on the charges to date.
