The owner and driver of the company van for elite pools rear ended my truck while I was stopped in traffic. He had no insurance on his company van. I took him to small claims court and won judgement in my favor for $2932.79. I've yet to see a penny from him or his company. This happened in Denver, Colorado my case # is 10S01491 if anyone would like to check it out. This Elite Pools listed address is 3551 S. Monaco Pkwy, so as to not confuse it with any other elite pools companies.
