I opened an account with Netflix in Oct. 2011. I wasn't paying close attention to my bank statements, but today I checked my last four statements and found Netflix had been charging me $8.53 twice per month for streaming videos. I called Netflix and the woman said I had set up two different accounts in Oct. with similar Email accounts. Which wasn't true. She said Netflix would refund me $8.53 for Dec. and nothing else. What a way to cheat a customer! I will close out my Netflix account today! Making up for money they lost, I guess!
