I ordered from uggroxy-us.com turned out it was a scam The ugg boots i recieved wasnt authentic and the packaging was terrible looked very cheap came in plastic gray wrapping with so much tape It was jimmy choo ugg boots when i did research it was supposed to come in a black ugg Jimmy Choo box Instead it came in a brown box the box looked old had an awful smell When i opened it it looked real fake rhinestones already was coming off the Jimmy ChOO logo was blurred out doesn't even say the name the company made up their own design opposed to sticking to the real jimmy boot but on the website it has the real Ugg boot smh i'm beyond pissed.So on the website i have up until 7days to return so when i went to ship it back turned out there was no real address.So i lost money and i'm stuck with fake boots i emailed the company and told them but no response at first the lady Angela kept saying "sorry customer what can i do for you" She acts like she doesn't understand English when i explain my problem
