We ordered a DVD set of the "Spenser for Hire" TV episodes. The product arrived and it was just some home made DVD's! Such poor quality! Very blurry and the most importantly non functionable! The DVD would freeze throughout the running of the show. I have sent them 2 email complaints with no reply.
