I orderd free sample in September 2011.Within 7-10 days I contacted them saying I didnt want anymore.Since then on 12.09.11.they charged me.£74.95 also the same on 03.10.11.My Bank refunded on 27.09.11 and 14.10.11two seperate amounts of £74.95. I now have recieved a letter from my bank in answer to my dispute enquiry saying they have recieved a letter from a merchant bank regarding this matter and everything is correct and they are taking £74.95 out of my bank. They are saying they have proof but because of how this deal was done I have no proof.Also I am an o.a.p.Where do I find this money. blue-9
