I am asking for your help to solve this issue with Bank of America and also with M&T Bank. I am also contacting US Senator Bob Menendez to help me

I live in Little Ferry, NJ 07643, and we were hit with 2011 Irene storm and I am still without repairs in my house. Bank of America sold my Mortgage account in November 2011 to some bank in Buffalo, NY, called M & T Bank.

Now, I got the check from my Flood Insurance Company (TRAVELERS FLOOD INS. CO) and this check should be endorsed by Bank of America N.A. I have had checking, savings, mortgage accounts with BOA, but after the Irene storm in August 28, 2011, BOA decided to sell my account, which at this point BOA assumes that my property had depreciated, to M&T Bank, that is a "Debt Collector Bank" WHICH DOES NOT HAVE NOT EVEN ONE (1) BRANCH IN OUR STATE OF NEW JERSEY.

I need BOA to endorse this check, since I have all my banking matters with BOA way before the Irene storm happened. I HAVE NOT DEFAULT IN MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT, NEITHER BEING LATE for any mortgage payment for over 20+ years.

If you can contact me at my home # (Personal Info Removed) so that I can explain more of this problem, so that I can repair my house, as FEMA had already authorized this check.
