I agree to pay Josegan inc. 2400$ to perform a forensic audit on my mortgage with the understanding that it would be reimbursed completely if nothing was found. Now here we are working with Discover to regain the money. As it turns out the credit card companies have some responsibility to help recover lost funds. We are also working with the Better Business Bureau. Anyone who has fell prey to this guys needs to contact BBB...because the more we document the better chance we have to hold this looser accountable and get our money refunded.
