I ordered the "UGG" boots from this company as part of a Chrismas present for our daughter.
These boots arrived from China in a damaged box and are clearly fake and do not even fit due to them being a poorly made copy.
I have repeatedly asked for the companies returns policy which has never been replied to. As with other reports on this company they will not refund our account with the funds taken.......Be warned!

I ordered some UGG boots from this site, have since received a letter from customs to say that the boots have been destroyed as they are counterfeit boots!! So we havent got the boots or the money....not that the boots are any good anyway!
Now when you try to go on the site it has been taken down!! -
