i applied online to participate in a Trial cost to me $2.95 A. I was debited $3.04 to include a conv fee. I received the product in early Jan. I ensured I unticked the box for regular shipments on a monthly basis, however My account was debited $75.95 on the 11/1/12.
The name :Perfect Rad a Agios Dometico CY FCY appeared on the bank statement. i have emailed the bank to cease further debits.
I would like to get the products analysed as the whole thing seems like a scam!

MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO REPORT THEM TO AS MANY ORGANIZATIONS AS POSSIBLE, OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING, CITIZENS ADVICE etc. Then pick up the phone to the company. I phoned them several times and got quite nasty. In the end it worked and they paid the money back into my account.
