International boundaries
ordered a dress on line from Karen Millen outlet, had trouble paying to be honest, paid via my debit card in the end. Parcel arrived 5th January, with no receipt or order details so you could not contact anyone. The dress was poor quality and colour was differnent to website but the Karen Millen price tags looked genuine. Only document received was sticker on front of parcel from EMS, stating company as Shanghai Yu Zhi Li Trading Co. I am at a loss where to go next. I did go onto the Karen Millen outlet site again where contact is difficult, I managed to get a response from my email, but they have no records of my details or my order!!
