said do to a limewire settlement they can offer free product for my paying a shipping and handling fee of $19.95. paid this thru paypal and when 2 months passed i emailed them stating that i contacted some authorties and they said they won't talk to me until I give them the contacts at the agency i spoke to so now I gather info to file internet fraud with Fbi and Ic3
