Hit a link on facebook, assuming it was a sponsored ad which fb had vetted. Went through what is disguised as a registration process only to find an immediate charge to my card. And once the charge was made, their page is absolutely inaccessible. I'm going to be working with my bank to stop payment, but I hate this kind of thing. TOTAL RIPOFF!

  • Hi, grabswag. My problem was resolved fairly quickly through both my bank and grabswag customer service. I was able to recoup all of my money ($99.00, not $99.99) without too much difficulty. I believe it's because I was persistent, tenacious and relentless. I was NOT going to let this slide!

That said, once I was able to reach your "customer service" I did not get too much of a run-around. I've heard stories where people have been offered half of their money back, or no refund whatsoever. After speaking to a "supervisor" I was told that a refund would be issued immediately/when the funds cleared, and was provided a confirmation number verifying this.

If you're a "fairly new company," why do you have so many complaints here (154 at last count) and on other scam reporting sites, may I ask? Also, why, once I paid the $99, was the website completely inaccessible, and still is? As a "fairly new company" I wonder what you're doing wrong; bad business plan/model? Still cannot access your website.
