I have been charged a co-pay of $84 for this medication as of 01/09/12 and was told by one of your representatives on 12/27/11 that the co-pay would be $16.08.

Using Right Source to provide this medication was suggested to me by the Right Source web page that said I could save money. As a result I called and spoke with one of your agents who confirmed that for $16.08 I would receive three bottles of this eye medication. Since I was paying $6.30 for one bottle, $16.08 for three bottles was a better choice. The fact that I had bought the medication at Target, a retail pharmacy was captured by your computer system and I suppose the reason the system suggested I save money by switching to Right Source.

I did see that the medication was placed “on-hold” but there was never an explanation available as to why it was “on-hold.”

Today when I spoke with one of your representatives and then a supervisor I was informed that I could appeal to return the medication. Your computer system had recorded my retail purchase of this medication and that was the reason I was considering using Right Source. Why your agent did not check the refill date and tell me what the price would be when it actually shipped may be the underlying issue. I do not want to be the person who has to pay for the incomplete work of your agent and the policies of your organization. In addition, the retail refill for this medication was for only one month. Why you waited to fulfill the order for three months is hard to understand.

Furthermore your organization will not begin investigating this issue until I receive the medication which could be 10 - 14 days from today. My bank card has been charged, you have my money, I don’t have the medication, you have not honored your price commitment and wont talk to me for another 10 -14 days. I conclude that your sensitivity to the customer is not at a very high level.

Copies of this communication will go to my bank and my congressional representatives and to the banking regulators as well as to the new Consumer Protection Agency.
