foolished signed up for a free sample after reading an article about this start-up. 28 days later received another bottle with no charge slip in the box and then saw the 79.36 charge on my credit card for a "subscription" that is did not knowingly sign up for.
Called and got an RMA number to return the product and canceled the subscription.
the call center person was SLIPPERY enough to try to offer me a DISCOUNT of $20 on the shipment. I told him that the price was not my objection that fact that they obain subscriptions in an underhanded way was my issue.
