The advertising map on line is false, they lie on coverage and by their representatives, I did check the map and talk with a representative before connect my 2 lines, and from the first day I get poor or not service, (1 or 0 signal lines).
They told me was an temporary problem (the first day), later they told me was the phone (their was brand new Samsung galaxy), and They promise me 2 new phones (never come), later they told me they have 9 broken antennas in my area, later they reset the phones (did not work), later they told me feel free to return your phones, but we never give money back. Later they told me was my fault because I answer some of the phone call than I get. And now is my fault because I cancel my account before I have the opportunity to return the phones to best buy (they are good take the phones easy).
$103 to connect a poor service and many excuses to not return the money for bad service.
The coverage map show my area ass good service, if 1 or 0 lines is good, what is fear?.
