I was sent two products which I did not order. They only arrived 7/1/2012 & 10/1/2012. Both were reputedly to have been ordered on 28/12/2011 and shipped on 29/12/2011.
What I did ask for was a samples of each of these products, which duly arrived a week before Xmas(or there about). Imagine my surprise when my Bank Card showed a Deficit of $99.17 on the 29/12 and $105.85 also on the 29/12/2011. Being our Holiday time I didn't pick this up ,and could have done little about it at the time. Which I am sure they very well knew. On trying to phone was informed there was no such phone number and no such Business of that name. These people must be stopped. Yenram

call them to cancel any further orders on 00 44 808168 3684.
thet are there - phillopinos answer the phone with extremly poor poor english boarding on stupid!!! i received my samples within a week from ordering but called and cancelled any further orders at once. took me 8 ph calls to try and communicate with them - u must have your name, and phone number and invoice number ready. failing that i cancelled by credit card and got a new card with a new number so they can't charge you again. good luck . nicky ak nz -
