I ordered what I thought was trial samples of Anti Rides Serum at a cost of £2.95 and Anti Age Cream at a cost of £5.97. These amounts were taken from my credit card of 24/11/2011.
Then when I received my December statement I noticed that £280.89 was taken from my account which I did not authorise. I then received another package on 3rd January of the serum. I wrote a Recorded Delivery letter on 4th January 2012 to Linlithgow returning this package and asking them to cancel my order and refund £280.89 back to my credit card and stop sending me items. I have heard nothing from them and now see that they have again taken a further £51.00 from my account.
Can you please help. I did contact my credit card Company and asked them to stop these transactions but the lady said she could not stop them.

please use your common sense - call your bank and say your card has been lost, they must cancel your card and issue you a new card with a new number. this will stop the beauty company from stealing anymore funds from your credit card. also there number is 00 44 808 168 3684.
