I too was called after I had purchased anti-virus protection for my computer. The tech person from Cyber Astro said he was representing Microsoft and my computer had very serious issues that needed to be addressed. He was supposed to fix the problems and stressed that I needed to purchase Windows support from his company. I purchased a two year plan for $185. I was contacted this past Saturday from my credit union with questions about purchases I had made in India. I live in North Carolina and the purchases were not mine. In other words, I not only lost $185, my credit card information was stolen.

Proof of purchase:
My credit card account is closed until they issue a new card. So, I can't pull this statement up to send you proof of purchase for now.
