sent for my free trial only had to pay postage which ended up being £10.oo coming from address in Ireland have no phone number or email address for them. rang my bank they are cancelling for me. but will not be able to get money taken so far .

I have had the same dealings with Lean Slim. I am now trying to get a refund for the money they withdrew from my account. They don't accept e-mails but their phone number is 0808 168 3674. This is a free number to keep hassling them until you get satifaction.

By the way a free trial doesn't mean you get a free sample, you are supplied with a months supply and you use part of this as your trial period. If not satisfied and return an opened bottle your refund will have a deduction taken off it.
