signed up for free trial in september, had to pay $10 postage, received the trial goods nearly a month later and I've just got my bank statement which says they have charged me nearly £96 extra on the 8th of december. total scam!!!

this is a number i was given when i e-mailed them .i managed to cancel the scam .I also got an address to return goods but as yet no refund.good luck

- Thank you Rosemary will call them. I have opened one bottle should of only paid £3.95 postage i was charged £10.00. I have one order date for the 31 of dec and another one for the 5th of January with another bottle. How do they work that out as a months trial??

- I phoned them and got a returns authorisation number to send the stuff back and then the next day got an email from them saying if I DO send the product back I can be charged up to £200 for their expenses and if I try and claim money back they can sue me!
