My,wife and myself bought a laptop computer(Dell Inspiron),from
Rj&l,for My twelve year old daughter,for christmas.they wanted
$250.00 and after waiting for 30min just for the welcome sreen to come up,the gentelmen,said that the computer takes a little bit of time,so the main screen came up,and I said $200.00 they took the
money.I took the laptop home and tried to look at the internet,
but the computer had so much mal ware it was not fully clean,and had alot of viruses,My daughter was trying to look at the computer and it simply crashed.I recently went back to try to get a small loan and they told me when I get the computer fix bring it back.I feel rip off they should have sold the lap top with a antivirus cd.
