Like everyone else, I got immediatly charged 99.00 when I responded to a "Free Bids" prompt on Facebook. On 7/12/11 I won a 50.00 Amazon gift card, for which I was billed a 3.35 shipping and handling fee, which again was deducted from my credit card. I called later in the month to inquire (while they still had an active customer service line) and was told by a customer service person that the small print said 10-14 day for shipping, instead of the 3 day they so proudly advertised, and to please be patient. On the 30th of July they contacted me (or, rather, my answering machine actually), apologizing for the delay, and saying that my item would be shipped shortly. Of course, it never was. Later attempts to contact the "company" proved futile.
