I saw the ad on Facebook also. I ordered the "free trial" for "$2.95" postage each for both "OrganaSlim" & "OrganaCleanse" in December 2011. It claimed I would receive them by 23rd December 2011. It is now the 8th January 2012 and I still have not received anything. Yet I have just found an $85.00+ charge for the next months supply which I did NOT authorise and have NOT received ANYTHING from these companies! NOT even a confirmation letter stating that I ordered the free trial with a delivery date advised - NOTHING! Except another charge for products I have not received! Even better is the fact that my Dad allowed me to use his credit card to purchase said "free trials" and the charges have come out of his account! My Dad is retired from the Navy and only on a disabled pension - this unauthorised and illegal charge has caused great financial hardship at an already difficult time in our lives at the moment. I want a FULL REFUND of ALL MONIES charged & action taken against these criminals ASAP! Can you help us please?

I totally feel your pain! I too ordered a trial from this company and did not recieve anything. As i am a students budget, i really cant afford a scam that will swindle my money so i tried to contact them to get out of the whole thing before the contract came into force. I tried countless times to contact the company but to no avail. When i called them, they just had this annoying recording that would play over and over asking you to choose a language. When i tried to email them with the email adress provided by them when i bought the products, i kept getting a notification that that email adress didnt exist. So i was freaking out...
But i have news for you- I managed to contact them!! They operate on Central European Time (9am-5pm) so you need to catch them in those hours. (google it to find out what time is a good time for you in your time zone).I called +1-866-955-9128 but you need to put the correct country code before it (because its an american number i think).

And to answer why you havent recieved anything- they told me that since the product is a dietetic pill, the Customs authorities have the right to hold the product for up to 30 days...so it still may come to you.

Dear Coffee and Cake,
Thanks for your reply. If customs are holding it they have to notify you that they have something of yours & why they're holding it & possibly ask if you want to pay the charges to have it sent to you - so I doubt that is a plausible excuse either :-s Dad has dealt with customs for an overseas order before and they have to notify you.
