hi i am very disappointed with all this scam that this company offer and advertise i bought the lowest package that they have for 69.95 which offers 115 bid .I only bid 4 time all my bids are gone to 82 bid .This is even worst than casino those guys selling the bids selling the item and making out of those item that they sell triple of what they are worth of.for instance Each bid cost $0.60 they start the bit with 0.01you cant bid more than $0.01 at the end of the day this item that i particularly looking for sold for $69.00 the item item worth $300.00 but guess what by selling to you the BIDS they made $4140 only for this item 6900 bids .
This scam delafun.com took from me 69.95 and for what ??I was thinking i had that as a credit to insure to pay for the item that i suppose i will win .The worst i ever seen here nobody wins except those guys.

  • Rigels what are you talking about? I won an Ipad2 and paid altogether around $120... My item arrived fine. So, i got an Ipad2 for WAY under market price?? How is that even close to a scam??? I really want you to respond and explain what is the scam? You are claiming that because the dealfun system pulled in $4000+ for this auction, that it is a scam?? At the end of the day, I, the customer walked away with what I want with and saved a lot of money. Should dealfun takeaway big profits, why would I care? I got my product. I assure everyone and anyone that reads this, "Rigels" has absolutely NO TRUTH in what is this post.

  • I completely agree. Not sure what Rigels is talking about here. Did you not specifically select a bid pack while signing up? Very clear disclosure I see there? http://cl.ly/170e1b1u2I2G1g133y2t. Rigels - did you try contacting their customer service? It is superb.

  • I have to agree with rigels. Yesterday I looked at my bank account and noticed they had taken the money and I won 6 different items an received the emails confirming everything and today I check my account again and it's saying there's no purchases and my money is back in my account. Thank goodness I got my money back but I'm kinda bummed I won't be getting the stuff I won.

  • It is all a SCAM!!!
think about it. It costs you .60 cents to make one bid. the cost of the item increments .01 cent for every bid. It the item reaches, say, $50.00, that's 5000 bids at .60 Cents each they make 3000 for selling you a 100.00 item for 50.00.

My account was constantly "missing" bids. For instance, I would start with 35 bids, log off and log back on then the balance would show 25 bids remaining...WITHOUT ME BIDDING ON ANYTHING!!!
When I complain, they send an e-mail showing "You bid on this and this and this.." OK, that's what YOUR records show....BUT I WASNT BIDDING ON ANYTHING!!! I just loged off and back on a short time later!!!!

Also, "BID BUDDY" will show you automaticaly bid ONCE but your bid balance would decrement by TWO or sometimes THREE BIDS at a time!

If I didn't pay attention I'd have Never seen it!!!
They do not provide a service...They are greedy theives....PLEASE do not use their service!!!!
I'm not the only one, do a google search for dealfun scams....

  • Hi Tom, I am from the Customer Service team. Very respectfully, the calculation shown above is not totally correct as there are multiple other aspects involved in the business model. We believe the main concept is giving the customers a chance to win products at 90% off retail without any risk of losing their money, with the Buy It Now guarantee.

We have a complete log and track of all bids that were used, through which IP and account. Honesty and integrity is very important for our business and we can surely show the required proof for EACH bid. Same applies to bid buddy. It NEVER increases bids by more than one bid and this has been tested innumerable times at our end.

Once again, we would be more than happy to ensure you are a satisfied customer and go the extra mile for it. Please feel free to write to us at support @ dealfun . com in case you require anything.

    Sincerely!

  • The DealFun.com site is simply a rip-off.
They have a lot of junk for sale that goes at low prices. Many of the people buying the junk seem to be professionals – why else would the same person want multiple purchases of a mini clip MP3 player.

If you “lose” you’re offered to purchase the product at up to double the price you can buy it on Amazon or other Internet sites. Also, if bidders wait until the last second, sometimes the software works, but most times it doesn’t.

They only put up about three iPads per day, get around 23,600 penny bids (“won” at $236.00) at around $0.50 – 0.60c per bid. That’s at least $11,800 for the very lowest end iPad!!! A complete scam. I wonder if they have Apple approval as a reseller. Very doubtful.

They operate in almost all timezones, so there’s no real lull in bidding. And you’re many times bidding against professionals who can turn around and sell online at a good profit at least for the junky items. Alternatively there could be company-supported b

  • Hi, I am from the Customer Service team. We are in the process of having a complete third party audit conducted to certify that our system is 100% clean. Unless we were confident of our system, there is no reason why we would be going in for this certification. There are no company-supported bidders or bots present in the system.

Regarding the Buy it now offer, or purchasing products at retail price, we are confident they are put up at the actual retail price only. If you can let us know of any specific product which you think it priced higher, we would gladly accept our mistake and give you free 50 bids.

On the iPad: this is a very common misconception that people share about our business model. If we made so much on an iPad, why would we list many more? Procuring them is not a problem. The real truth is the actual value of bids are much lower than 50 cents due to the high number of bonus / free bids we give out. Plus, with the Buy It now option, many consumers who lose bids on it

  • Hi,Tom, I too was scammed by Dealfun, but fortunatly for me I came to this website and was blessed to get their phone number 855-701-2091. Call this number. They will probably try to feed you some bull like, "The weather was bad and that's why our website was slow. It would be best if yo try again later" (This is what they told me). But don't listen to them. Get your money back ASAP. I demanded a refund and drowned them with angry emails, and my money was returned to me, promptly. Don't give up! Call this number: 855-701-2091

...And demand the your money back!
