back in november began receiving calls, it got to the point that they called my human resources and advised i was going to be arrested. When i called them repeatedly, i told them that i wanted in writing as to the companies i owed and the amounts, that is when they began their scare tactics. at a point i did give written authorization and two amts were taken from my account, and the claim was settled, now a month later with no other phone calls or did i give any other authorization, they run my card, and took the above amount of $1799.00 on 01/03/12, went to my bank completed the dispute paper,the rep at my bank TD Bank assured me she had stoppped the card and gave me a new one, i was not aware that this was the sam enumber on previous card, and on 01/04/12 they took another $1549.00, i did owe other payday loans, but no where near even the first amount, let alone over $4000.00, filed yet another report, for the second debit, that i feel was due to TD banks negligence. Bank is handling dispute. i attempted to call the previous two numbers,888-528-3690 and 888-829-6555 one is constantly busy, the other says mailbox full. i was told the same think that they were a sheriff's deputy, the names i was given were given were alex davis, other names that i don't have avaiable, but i am waiting for the results of the dispute, then i am contacting a legal advisor, i am not disputing any claims from a couple of pay days loans, but i was not going to pay unless i knew the correct names of the pay day loan companies that i know i originally had.
i would appreciate any advice.
