Got this stupid letter from this wacko about having the ability to discover winning lottery numbers and that there was no charge for his services, but he very cunningly states in the agreement I signed and returned that I was agreeing to whatever it took to acquire these winning numbers. When I get his return mail he states that he used the services of some witchy woman named Soraya that he paid for and now I needed to reimburse him for $24. I also received a sealed envelope with a silver scratch off strip on the front. Once I paid, then this magic connection with Soraya would make the strip show the date I was to play the lottery. Then (and only then or I would break the connection) I could open the envelope and under a silver strip in there, the numbers to play would be revealed. It all sounded like so much horse crap to me that I laughed and ignored it. Then I get another invoice that I need to pay within 7 days. So I did. Guess what? Nothing has every happened to that silver strip on the envelope. Surprised? I can't believe how gullible I am, but this is how these consters make their living. Since nothing ever happened I have written twice for a refund, stating that no date ever showed up on the envelope. Not a word or a refund.
