sent for sample pack of product, beginning of dec 2011. since then 3 payments of £74.95 have been taken out of my credit card, (unauthorised) I rang the company but was just put on hold by an automated answering service.

- Hi, This has also happened to me today. I kept on ringing and eventually got through to someone (after half hour!). They tried to offer me 50% refund, so I threatened legal action and they have now promised me they will refund the whole amount. I am still waiting on an email confirmation though. Keep trying....

- I am attempting to have this site closed down. Should you have suffered a financial loss then you should report it to your financial institution. They will reimburse you for your loss if the amounts were fraudulently withdrawn.Request that they pay no more debits from your account.Do it as soon as possible. Should you live in the UK then you should also make a complaint by email to the Linlithgow police. You can get their mail under "contact us" Should you live in the US or Canada you can report here https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx . You may wish to submit the facts to the following groups who will give advice and or spread the word. AA419.org and ScamWarners.com.In the meantime please spread this post around. Thanks.
