I PURCHASED QUICKEN 2010 ESSENTIALS FOR MAC ON MAY 17,2011 ON THE INTERNET. I HAD TROUBLE DOWNLOADING IT. I SPENT A MINIMUM OF 9 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH VARIOUS TECHNICIAN FROM INDIA--CARLOS--JASON,ETC. THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY BANK AND THAT IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD. I THAN SPENT SEVERAL HOURS WITH PNC QUICKEN TECHNICIAN. THE CONCLUSION WAS THAT THIS QUICKEN WAS INCOMPATIBLE WITH DOWNLOADING FROM PNC ON QUICKEN.
THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK
I WROTE THEM ON THE 12TH OF JUNE AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.
