I bought a vehicle from Copart on the 12th July, 2011. Having paid for this vehicle, I saw Finite Auto Center listed as one of their transporters. So, I contacted them. I spoke with Mr. Joe Njau over the phone and e-mails. We both agreed on The amount $225.00 for the transportation of my vehicle from Copart yard, 200 GROVE ST.
GLASSBORO, NJ 08028 to N.J ( Bayonne) Port. He sent me his bank account with the bank of america and I put the amount $225.00 into his bank account on 14th July, 2011. I have the receipt for the deposit as well as all our e-mails correspondence before the deposit and after. Since the time that i put the money into his account, he did not do the service that i paid for and he has been avoiding my phone calls. My vehicle is still in Copart's yard. I sent him an e-mail to refund my money but he did not respond and never pick my calls. I have all documentation for this transactions. I need help
