Ms. Parker/Green (owner of accutax tax services of killeen)borrowed money from me on several occassions, and promised to pay it back before February 2010.
She wrote me checks to cover what she borrowed and then stopped payment on them, to total $15,000.00 which is the balance that she owes me not to include damages.
(I have proof of all related transactions)
Because I was penalized for several bank withdrawls within a month's time for several months she promised to repay extra for my trouble.
