They offered a free sample for just less than 2 dollars for shipment; they've even sent a confirmation for this. The product has arrived, and I thought this wasn't a long term commitment. Another set of serum and cream arrived a month or so later, and I was charged for this. At the time (around late August 2011 or beginning of September 2011) they could still be reached on the pone and email. I asked them to stop the deliveries and charges. They reluctantly agreed, but kept charging rigorously, later even without sending. Further attempts to contact them through phone, postal address or email proved futile; Juveneu vanished into thin air. I had to cancel my credit card, and go through some time consuming letters of cancellation to send. Now know I am not the only one who fell for it, and do hope Juveneu scammers will be traced, before they manage to cheat more gullible people like myself.
