mobile service claimed I signed on for service on internet. I did not sign on for the service, did not even know that I was getting billed for it the past three months. called T mobile who gave me the 800 number which relayed me to Malaysia.staff very cryptic, not helpful. of the three mobile services I was billed for the past three months, this was on the only one which did not reimburse me.
I feel as if I was pickpocketed. I want this sort of nonsense stopped.
