I received a letter dated 12-28-2012 asking me to pay a fee of
$11.89 by cash, check, or postal order to ANC so they can record
my participatory status to a special chance to win Two Million Dollars.
My ref ID No #116017098-16344120/342164. I did sent them a check within 10 days. Now, they sent me a second letter requesting
that I send another $11.89 to be entered in this "special opportunity to win Two Million Dollars". I got the second letter on
January 2nd. Now, I believe this is a scam and I want my money
back. Please contact this company and get my $11.89 back for me.
