Applied for free trial advertised - not received, but sent three full size containers of eye cream, face cream and serum. I have only just received my credit card statement which shows three debits one on Nov25 for £74.95; another on Nov 29 for£79.99; the third on Dec 5 for£51.00. I have tried phoning the number given to me by my credit card company, but get no response; even tried a number in Utah with the same result. I CANNOT afford for this to continue. I do hope you can help.

- Hi I have also been in same boat and have responded a few times to few people on this sight about this Free Trial for Perfect Radiance , I am still waiting after 25 days for the free trial , managed to get a answer from a e mail I sent about them Direct Debiting $150, form my account and hgadnt even seen anythign from them , I also was getting really angry, the number for them I also couldnt contact on as I am in Australia ,But in fairness I did get their number , and I rang , Yay a real person who was very apologetic and reminded me did I read the policy and Terms and conditions ? No I Did Not !!!,, this is part of the Free Trail ... and its at the bottom of their Page in very very small writing ...By placing my order, I agree to the Terms of Offer, which explain that I must cancel within 16 days of today to avoid enrollment in monthly delivery program, which ships fresh supply and charges the upfront $5.95 for shipment of the product and $74.95 upon the end of the trial period, and subsequently $74.95 monthly thereafter starting from your initial purchase date. You will be charged on same card provided today. All charges will appear as "PerfectSerum" on your credit card statement.There is way more stuff in it but this is the main part where we unwittingly said yes , to them debiting my account for product . so I am a little embaressed to say ,I still havent recived my stuff they actually cancelled my account , so I will not be billed . I also cancelled my credit card , if you ring your international number they will actually give you the number you can call in Australia I had to add 00111 to there nymber in UK . so that is how too get there number , I hope this helps a little I am sorry but we are to Balme not reading fine print :(
