My wife took up the offer of free samples of Perfect Radiance and Revitaderm and was unaware of the terms and conditions which can only be read by clicking the small print link at the bottom of the third page of the advert. The advert states that thousands of samples have been given away, and they were only authorised to debit the cost of postage (£2.95x2). Within days they have debited her account with £79. The two free samples arrived on 21 December, and we learnt of the scam but have since been unable to get through to Perfect Radiance on the phone. The only way to stop this is to close the company down for fraudulent trading.
Bank accounts have to be closed to stop these debits.

  • I am attempting to have this site closed down. Should you have suffered a financial loss then you should report it to your financial institution. They will reimburse you for your loss if the amounts were fraudulently withdrawn. Should you live in the UK then you should also make a complaint by email to the Linlithgow police. You can get their mail under "contact us" Should you live in the US or Canada you can report here https://complaint.ic3.gov/ctf.aspx . You may wish to submit the facts to the following groups who will give advice and or spread the word. AA419.org and ScamWarners.com.In the meantime please spread this post around. Thanks.

  • I had the same problem but since got their phone no. (0808) 168 3684 (according to BT this is a free phone no) and have since called them. Spoke to a lady named Kim who was helpful. Told me the t & c's of the trial are that they send you out more product charging in advance. Asked why they had charged twice but sent no product. Was then told that the product had been despatched and should arrive shortly. I advised her that I wished to cancel and wanted a full refund of £251.90 as I would still pay the £2.95 charge for the sample. She tried to negotiate some free product and they keep my money which would then not be "FREE", then she tried to get me to agree to a 50% refund but I stood my ground and told her I wanted a full refund and I would return the product. She then agreed and I was given the address details to return product to once it arrives and I had then to phone her with the tracking no. and once the products were returned I will be given my full refund which i'm happy to say
