I RECIVED A CHECK IN THE MAIL FOR $4,976.50 AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT MONTEL ARIZA TO CLAIM MY MONEY. WHEN I CONTACTED MONTEL HE TOLD ME TO TAKE THE CHECK TO THE BANK AND DEPOSITE IT. I TOOK THE CHECK TO THE BANK ALRIGHT AND I HAD THEM CHECK IT EVEN THOUGH I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM. I HAD THE BANK TAKE A COPY OF THE CHECK AND THE LETTER AND SEND IT TO THE FRAUD DEPT. THE LETTER WAS SENT IN A PLAIN WHITE ENVELOPE WITH NO RETURN ADDRESS ON IT AND NONE OF THE INFORMATION ON THE LETTER OR THE CHECK MATCHED UP. FOLKS WHEN YOU WIN THE LOTTERY THEY TAKE TAKE ANY FEES OWED OUT OF THE WINNINGS BEFORE THE CUT YOU A CHECK. NEVER DO THEY GIVE YOU A CHECK TO PAY ANY FEES BEFORE HAND.
