My computer was running slow, so while searching for registry cleaners online I checked out Speedy PC .com and the page said free scan and 100% money back guarantee. The speedy pc website dedected a problem and I called speedy pc support and was told they couldn't fix it. They said however they could connect me with Qresolve.com for there tech. help for a mere $287.96 . No matter how many questions i asked about the price speedy pc.com support keep insisting they were the solution. So I agreed to charge my credit card and get the Qresolve tech to take control of my pc and fix the csrss worm. Upon returning to my desk top page after ending with Qersolve.com I found my desktop page was changed and my windows photo album wouldn't open my picture, the fonts were feathered,ect. I called Qresolve and talked to a supervisor and he went on and on about they could fix my computor, The supervior turned me over to the manager and I kept asking for a refund but he was not paying attention to me so I ended the call. I called my credit card company and was told because it was a online service they couldn't help me. I went to PayPal and filed a complaint resolution and they turned it down. Moral on the story is unregulation breeds greed ! R.C.G.
