I have time warner telephone service they represent that they offer telephone services and in fact arbitrarily they have service issues and run a recording that states that your telephone number is not in service. I have complained and they tell me they cannot change the recording. I am currently looking for work and this concerns me about placing my phone number on the resume as my recruter called me and this happened and I lost an employment opprotunity in the past. The damages to others is untold in this economy and they refuse to rectify this.
