This company charges you up front to advertise your timeshare for sale. They make claims about the value and market demand which are simply not true. They are not flashy sale people, but sound very trusting and confident to tell you that the timeshare will likely sell in 3 months or so if you're patient and set the price right. Well, after two months and no bites, I reduced my price well below what the sales person recommended and still not even one single offer has been received. When you ask them to back their statements later on, they deny everything and point you to their website list of sales. They will not answer the phone of call you back...ever! They overwhelm you with long emails and no accountability for misleading you to pay them $998 for a pipe dream to sell your timeshare. Look around on the net and find that the only way to sure sell your timeshare is to drop the price to almost nothing. This company is a total sham!
