24 Days ago I applied for the free trial of these products . claiming to send my trial products with in 7 to 10 working days, after 23 days of waiting , due to Christmas ect , but I tried to contact them by e mail and got auto mated reponse e mail saying they would answer me with in 48 hrs ? nothing then I was checked my credit card and they have debited my account on 2 occassions for $79 and then $ 73 dollars I have not even recived my trial . I went to try and ring toll free number no such number ? Have tried contaction them on there sight have not seen or heard a word as as to where my stuff is and all I know is I am $150.00 dollars out of pocket and nothing from them .

- I have been in contact by Phone finally and got to speck to somebody in reguards to my $150.00 dollars debit , if anyone else needs the number for them it is ,00111 855 843 3434, the answer I got was I was to call then and let them know that this product had not arrived , so the could extend the trial period ? well as I said to this well I live in Australia and the number is not valid for us . they apologised profusely , and have vowed and declared I will have my sample and product ASAP..and also wouldnt put a time limit on this , well we will see what happens, I would just like to say this has probly been an eye opening experiance of reading the fine print ,they do say if you order the trial it will automatically send you every month a product which you have ordered either Revitaderm or the perfect Radiance , but I just read my e mails and guess what they have cancelled all my subscriptions everything I will no longer recived anything from them , so good ,so long as I get what I have already paid for I am happy .
