I bought a gift card from Simon/American Express for $35.00 i spent 9.55 off the card for lunch and later went to fill my car up with gas and the card per the attendant stated it was declined I call Simon the service attendant stated the card showed declined so I never recvd the gas and Simon customer service would not transfer the funds back to my cards the agent supervisor Oliver was really nasty and rude to me stated it will take 2-8 days well i needed my gas right then not tomorrow. I normally will spend each year from about $300-400.00 on GIft cards from SIMON/AMERICAN EXPRESS I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THAT FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY THAT MAKES YOU PAY 3.00 TO GET THE CARD AND THEN KEEPS THE REMAING PORTION OF THE MONEY LEFT ON THOSE CARDS IT IS A LAW AND THAT LAW IS CALL ROBBERY. THESE PEOPLE ROB FOLKS THEY NO ITS THE HOLIDAY AND PEOPLE MAY HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND CANT REMEMBER WHERE THEY SPENT THE MONEY WELL THEY NEVER SPENT IT AMERICAN EXPRESS STEALS IT FROM THEM AND SIMON IS JUST ANOTHER NAME TO KEEP AMERICAN EXPRESS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE THEFT OR SHALL I SAY THE ROBBERY THEY DO EACH YEAR TO PEOPLE WE ARE ALL NOT STUPID OUT HERE SIMON.
