i orderd free trial of juveneu they didnt mention anything about 30 day trial after checking our credit card statement we noticed they had taken £68 from our account i contacted them by phone and was told i would have to pay for it as i didnt return it i said i didnt want to receive anymoore just take that amount and cancell the order they have since sent moore and took £43 and then £59 iv contacted them again and they or deniying takeing money ask for my credit card details so they can check my account with them so i gave it them and my name and post code they said they arent involved with hydroxatone they are juveneu they cant help me they havent got my account no so now they both have my credit card details we cant get intouch with them untill tuesray to cancel our card god knows how much they will have taken by then we dont know how to stop them or get our money back.
