at the time and date following 12 jul 2011 1:15 pm I spoke to jamal ( customer service rep) and senica ( supervisor ) in reference to canceling an order i never place in the first place. 9:15 am the day i called sensa and spoke to kim, to cancel the order. she stated that the order was cancel and provided me with a confirmation number # 3452981. at 10:54 am i received an email Your order has shipped! Order ID: 21525191 Ship Date: 07/12/2011 Carrier: FEDEX
Your tracking number is: 02144385403035922917. after i call and cancel the order i did not place. at 1:15 pm i call sensa again for some clarity on this matter. i spoke to jamal and senica who stated the sensa will cancel the order and a credit of $98.72 will be place back on my credit card. he also provided me with a confirmation # 727099. i decided to google sensa to research the company i discover a number of complaints. please click link below.
