Norman Outler called me and said he was responding to my inquiry about govt grants some months ago. I may have inquired. After a long series of questions he informed me my company was in line for a grant of 250,000 dollars and they would need 5400.00 to prep the paper work, business plans etc...I get excited and start researching this company. I find out this is a scam. Im thankfull for sites such as this as it helped me from being scammed. Thanks!
