I orderd the OrganaSlim and OrganaCleanse via Facebook advertisement. When I tried to contact the company direct the telephone numbers were fake. Needless to say I have not received my 30 day trail. I am now going into my bank to cancel my mastercard because I have no way of contacting the company to cancel my order and I have no wish for monthly debt's to continue for products I have not seen.

forgot to mention, I was also charged 2 international transaction fees for 9 cents each.

  • I just noticed on Facebook advertisement there is a link to order a product called BioSlim and BioCleanse. It's the same deal "free trail" and you get a reduced shipping fee if you enter the CODES "African Mango" and "Trail" I am not saying it's a scam BUT what I did find on the advertising page was...... it promoted the same story of Jennifer Miller.

    Jennifer was the guinea pig for Women'sHealth because they wanted to investigate the countless success stories reported by people from all around the globe apparently, Jennifer was reported to have lost a large amount of weight over the six week period.

    There are some slight changes to the article but it still has the same photo's and reports Jennifer lost weight using BioSlim and BioCleanse.
    I find this completely odd, because when I ordered OrganaSlim and OrganaCleanse, Jennifer was the feature story.

  • I have just rung them now and have been given two cancellation codes for Organaslim and Organacleanse. Hopefully no more money will be taken out of my account. I have only been charged $3.15 twice for postage. From Australia the phone number to ring is 001118887176928. It is Customer Care. Good luck everyone.

  • Vicki if you don't mind me asking, how did you find the number? I didn't see it on the web. Will try to ring them tomorrow thanks. I also did try to email the [email protected] but it bounced back. The [email protected] did not bounce back, So hopefully I will receive some kind of reply. Vicki did you receive your trail bottles.

  • Hello, No, I havent received my trial bottles yet, but it has only been about a week since I ordered them. I googled Organacleanse and Organaslim and found the number on one of the websites, as it happened it worked and I was able to cancel my account. I hope no more money is taken out of my account.

  • Hi again, I don't think it is any good e-mailing them, they just ignore e-mails. You need to ring them and actually cancel your account. Good Luck.

  • Thanks Vicki and wow I did get a response from OrganaSlim via email, which I have cut and pasted below; mind you there was no mention that my trail was on it's way or I would receive my money back (refer to below) but I will still ring them.

  • Hello, So glad you got a response. You have done better than I have. I did ring and cancel. I got two cancellation codes, but didn't get e-mails to say the account would be cancelled. I might just do that, too. I keep checking my Credit card and no more money has been taken out. I doubt that I will ever get the actual pills, but who cars, as long as they don't take ny more money. I feel so stupid getting caught. I always go on about people getting caught in Scams and how gullible they are. I may just keep quiet about this to my friends. Ha hahah.

  • Well I rang the number a little after 3:00pm today and got through fairly quickly, I pressed 1 for English. The lady asked for my order confirmation number so I quoted the number I had for OrganaCleanse, and she also asked for my sir-name and email address to verify my account.

    She confirmed my account had already been cancelled, because they had received my email. I said I wasn't sure because the email address I had for OrganaCleanse had bounced back. So it appears when I emailed the OrganaSlim email address (as indicated on website) they have cancelled my subscription for both.

    The lady on the phone said she would file a report to follow up my free trail samples (what ever that means) but she did confirm they had received my email and were aware I have not received my trail products.

    If I receive my trail bottle's I will let everyone know. Just as I was hanging up I asked for a reference number but it was too late she hung up. The lady did speak English but it was very broken at times.

    I've already cancelled my card but what an experience! And Vicki I hear ya, I will be keeping this one quiet from my friends and family, it's embarrassing enough as it is.

  • Hi, it never ends. I got a phone call tonight from African Mango asking if I was interested in their product. I told her I cancelled my account and she hung up on me. Hope that's the end of it.

  • Hi, I got my verification e-mail this morning to tell me my account has officially been cancelled and I will have no moe charges taken out of my account. Hopefully this is the END of the saga.

  • Yay, you got an email and yes here's hoping it's an end. Just want it to be over with already, and thanks heaps for providing me with the number. At least I can say I have been proactive in following up. Gee, what a bad experience, for my first time ordering online. One I wish never to repeat.

    I am so grateful for scambook and for people using this site, to raise awareness. Will certainly be referring to scambook in the future, if I ever decided to buy online again.

  • Thank you all for putting your stories on here. I just ordered my trial versions tonight. Stumbled across this site and freaked! Credit card has now been cancelled and number changed so I luckily haven't lost any money at all.

  • As you can see from my post on 04/01/2012, I posted the email I received from organaslim and there is no mention of my trail bottles. You would assume by reading the email, that I never even mentioned the trail bottles in my email to organaslim.

    So I really can't answer your question, the email I received made no reference to the trail products and offered no explanation of the delay.

    Even when I rang I wasn't given no real reason other then they would "file a report" because there's been a delay. Was offered no expected date of delivery and no real detail explanation of the delay. But like I said her English was broken at times.

  • It turns out they did respond to my e-mail to cancel quite nicely so maybe I freaked a little too early after reading these posts and maybe it is just the fact that you need to cancel within 14 days of submitting your trial order. Here is their reply..

    Thank you for contacting customer care. Your account with Advanced African Mango has been successfully canceled. There will be no further charges to your account. Since you canceled within the trial, you may keep the 30 day supply.

    I cancelled my card before they could process the fee for the trial so I am not expecting to receive it. But interesting that they have mentioned I can keep it.

    I freaked out after trying to contact the company and the two telephone numbers I had written down (from the website) didn't work and I received no confirmation via email. So I cancelled my card, thinking better safe then sorry. I also didn't want to get locked into a monthly subscription when I hadn't tried the product. It wasn't until after I cancelled my card I got the right number, because people were nice enough to post on scambook. Still haven't received the free trail, but I think I would be too scared to try it even if it did arrive.

    Also what disappointed me the most was, I was having to chase them not the other way around. You think if there were lengthy delay's they would be contacting their valued and potential costumers. A simple email informing me of the delay, would have been nice. Will let everyone know if I get the product.

  • Hey guys, just wanted to let you all know I actually received my pills today!! I cancelled my account a few weeks ago but looks like they'd already shipped the trial pills out. Has anyone else got theirs?? I don't know if they're a total scam but at least I got them, right? I'll keep you posted on how they work.
