We were simple told, our $2,400.00 deposit would be 100% refunded if we did not qualify for a loan modification. I was told this was a no risk offer. Josegan charged my credit card days before the contract was sighed. They are nothing but con-artist, out to get your money.
The process took almost six months, I learned after the fact they had information from us 2 to 3 weeks into the paper work that informed them we would not qualify for this L M. However they took six months to inform us of this. Beware, all they want is your money & they will lie & cheat to get it.
Me, another cheated client, I hope you do not become one!
